ELEGANCE EAST HOTEL, Antalya – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the Old Town and various attractions. The rooms were small, stuffy, and dated, lacking some essential amenities like a kettle. However, the service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond. The dining options were varied and satisfying. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvements.

After upgrading to a room with a balcony to watch the street, we enjoyed a comfortable stay in the second largest room. The breakfast offered a continental variety with options from cereal to fruit, various meats, and more. The central location was convenient for exploring attractions like Hadrian's Wall and the Old Town. The staff, including receptionists, cleaners, and waiters, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, would benefit from some decoration. The location is fabulous, right outside the old town with easy access to transportation. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. However, the dining options were limited, not buffet style.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right at the gates where the old city meets the new, making it convenient to explore all the attractions nearby. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast offered a nice continental spread with plenty of variety. The staff, especially Seda the manager and Ismail, were incredibly professional and helpful, enhancing my overall experience. However, the surrounding area was a bit noisy and busy, affecting the overall ambiance.
